Thanks for the reply... let's say I have Win2000 on C: partition and D: with D:\trinux (D is formatted as FAT) On NT OS Loader I want to add one line of boot menu to boot trinux or go directly to D drive. I know how to edit boot.ini file but I don't know what to add... [boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(2)partition(1)\WINNT35 [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(2)partition(1)\WINNT35="Windows NT Workstation Version 3.51" C:\bootsect.dos = "DOS" ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ D:\trinux\trinux.bat = "Trinux" ===> I know this is stupid test. It has to be boot sect on C:\*****.*** Does anybody has any idea to boot or can go to D: directly ?
