how to use gene_ontology and functional enrichment analysis?

Hi,
I am using Trinotate to do gene_ontology and functional enrichment
analysis. I have gotten the file following the method as homepage:
trinotate_annotation_report.xls. But I can not get GO ID. I do not
know what it happen. Could you tell me how to get GO ID.
