TrimBoot is a Windows desktop tool that maps autostart surfaces—Run keys, services, drivers, scheduled tasks, WMI, and related hooks—in one sortable view. It helps you see what launches at boot, spot new or changed entries, and review signing signals when paths point to files. Sensitive system items are flagged to reduce risky mistakes; where appropriate you can disable or remove entries using patterns designed for safer rollback. Monitoring highlights drift over time. Blacklist-style rules can match paths, hashes, or publishers for repeatable cleanup. A dedicated Explorer context-menu view reduces menu clutter without manual registry spelunking. Some changes need administrator rights; prefer disable over delete when unsure. TrimBoot improves visibility and control; it complements—but does not replace—antivirus and normal backups.
