I get what you want. But I suspect it's a little more tricky than you think because having just a static frame as you drafted it might be somewhat odd in a 3D game. And in adition the camera needs to be placed inside the vehicle if the angle should be right. This would mean that it would need to look throgh the non-transparent texture of the car. And it's a good thing that the textures aren't transparent - at least as long as we do not have anything inside it that looks roghly like a car inerior.
