Lounchpad.net provides relatively easy way to have more fresh software for ubuntu users. https://launchpad.net/~landronimirc/+archive/ubuntu/trigger-rally
Just add repository ppa:landronimirc/trigger-rally in to 'Software & Updates'
Also we have to add signing key (to make repository trusted) but i don't know how to do that without terminal window.
I guess it's possibile. Any ideas?

ok i found a program which converts tar.bz2 into .deb and others packages - 'alien' (works via terminal, with very simple command) https://cerovy.wordpress.com/2011/11/20/how-to-convert-tar-bz2-to-deb-in-linux/
