#11 Tarballs: Files have executeable bits set

Dear trigger-rally team,

All files seems to have the executeable bit.
(At least trigger-rally-0.6.2-src.tar.bz2; also some resoucres in the data tarball are also affected.)

Would be great if you could fix that :)
