Once in a while Trebuchet gets upgraded automatically. Sometimes there are new features mentioned in the changelog but none of them are documented. For example, what does this mean: "Added: Uses Griffin, if available, to improve GUI look on Windows and Unix." What da heck is griffin? The only relevant info I could find about "griffin" is that it's "starkit," whatever that means. I figured out how to download the "starkit" and execute it, but I can't find any explanation of how it works with Trebuchet.

The Griffin patches were just to make the GUI look a bit nicer on one of the platforms, as I recall.

It looks like the project died around 2006.
It doesn't seem to be implemented in 1.075 anyways.
