added nature and some of the natar troop-objects

sorted out some of the icons. more to be done

added troop-objects with attributes and now generate a summary table of all troops for reference. Troop attributes such as att, def, upkeep, training time etc can now be used to generate the graph data rather than copying the numbers from spreadsheets

added all natar and nature troops + en&pl labels

travian entities such as buildings and troops are defined as enumerated type rathter than individual elements

moved troop, building etc names for various languages away from XSLT into the XML source where it belongs

added misc entities for non-building, non-troop standard travian entities
