transmission-cli
I would think it very few who use
transmission direct in console or command line.
transmission-cli is meant for a single torrent
and not a session to be controlled remotely.
Each torrent in a separate instance.
However, here is transmission-cli executable with
the CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS for settings.json included.
The rest of the tools are included for the sake of
consistency. They don't use libtransmission's web.c module
so CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS for settings.json is irrelevant for these.
