Tried both 32 and 64 bit versions on windows 7.
I occasionally see the cpu use spike with the remote GUI unresponsive.
Disk use is zero and network use is zero during this time.
Using process hacker, I see the thread that is culpable for this use:
cygwin1.dll!lfind+0x3c50
Any idea what causes this?

The only time I have detected anything like that was when I had multiple cygwin applications running and the cygwin1.dll were different versions. For example https://github.com/matt-wu/Ext3Fsd/releases

It's still happening and I did a handles search with process hacker for cygwin*
Only transmission-daemon uses it. I am clueless as to why this is happening?
