[Translation-team-zh-cn] New: libc-2.7 (62%, 327 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Chinese (simplified) team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

In this file 999 messages are already translated, corresponding to 62%
of the original text size in bytes; 327 messages still need some work.

LI Daobing is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Chinese (simplified) language.
