[Translation-team-sq] New: iso_3166-3.50 (80%, 62 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Albanian team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file:

In this file 393 messages are already translated, corresponding to 80%
of the original text size in bytes; 62 messages still need some work.

Laurent Dhima is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Albanian language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<ro...@tr...>, using the Subject line:
