[Translation-team-th] New: xchat-2.8.6 (91%, 212 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Thai team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

    http://translationproject.org/PO-files/th/xchat-2.8.6.th.po

In this file 1019 messages are already translated, corresponding to
91% of the original text size in bytes; 212 messages still need some
work.

Seksan Poltree is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Thai language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<ro...@tr...>, using the Subject line:

    xchat-2.8.6.th.po
