#19 strange Filesystem translation in coreutils ja.po

coreutils ja.po includes:

msgid "Filesystem"
msgstr "ファイルシス"

but it seems be strange and meaningless for users. (I thought first it was mistyping or was cut by printf function.)
It would be better to use English string rather than like this.
