transIPAtion 0.1 alpha1 released.
Soundsamples are excluded as i user the ones of "The Sounds of the IPA".
The Homepage (www.2und40.info) will be launched the next days.

transIPAtion 0.1 alpha will be a Proof-of-Concept. It will still use the Sound-Samples of "The sounds of the IPA" and might have minor Bugs such as misplacement of some Symbols.

Release of transIPAtion 0.1 alpha is planned for 20.02.08
