What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install it using external screen size bigger than 20 inch
2. Disconnect the external screen and use it on small laptop screen (11 inch)
3. The upper bar with minimise close and resize buttons disappears
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to click on the upper bar in order to move the window
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.1 on Os X 10.8.3
Please provide any additional information below.
Changing from a big to a small screen and back has caused the upper bar to disappear and I cant move the application anymore.
