That version was release 2019 although the version number is more advanced. The size of the file is smaller, too. From the same author but the date seems indicate that's an older version.
Interestingly, the look of that version is different. It's smaller and it has setting export feature . The one on this site does not have that feature yet.
Conclusion...it's hard to say which one it more advanced but the version number on that page is definitelly higher.
