As a general question, how does Transcomb deal and perform with fusions?
Does Transcomb assemble reads/alignment supporting fusions?
Does it include reads from one-end of a fusion in the assembly of other transcripts?
Fusions often lead to abnormally spliced transcripts. Is that taken into account (from reading the paper, this tool seems to want to correct to a "reference" model.)
