#2 Connection Refused: Method Not Allowed

Hi,
i'v a problem!
After compiled/installed/configured tconn I try to
connect to an pop server with :
telnet popmail.vodafone.it 110
Trying 194.185.97.39...
Connection Refused: Method Not Allowed
telnet: connect to address 194.185.97.39: Connection
refused

But this is the result.
I Attach the strace file and the tconn.conf

I'v tried with both 0.13beta and 0.12
