#14 Export to text woes

Exported text starts only after the first segment that has a speaker defined.

There are no line-breaks between segments if the speaker does not change.

using 1.2.6, this is quite annoying, especially if you don't specify a speaker (as a newbie) and think that the program will not export to text at all, ever...
