Well, I made _some_ progress :-) However I'm hoping that, given the
apparent links between the xemacs folks and the cygwin/redhat folks
(e.g. Piper's netinstaller

) that someone has done something like this before, and could provide
experienced guidance. (or just guidance :-)

It would also be nice if cygwin could include xemacs in _its_
netinstall. They do pico and vim, so why not? But that's another issue.
