Was this the precursor to the bug report that you emailed to Patrick? Looking at the logs, it appears to have successfully created your edition, and then about 8 minutes later you tried to create another edition (which failed because it has a duplicate name).

This was a real error when the http interceptor was not releasing the error to be handled (since it was a 403).
