If I try to click on the TQL link to go to the TQL reporting page, it brings me to this page http://tracker.rb.net/track/tql.do and tells me I'm not logged in, when I clearly am logged in. The torque.log fiel says "TqlQueryAction - TPERSON user == null"
I'm using version 3.1.0 on Windows 2000 with Tomcat and SQL Server 2000.

Please check if you have less than 11 active users in the system. If so and the problem persists, please let me know.
I had the same problem. In our case it was a license problem cause there were more than ten user defined and active on a free version installation !
