Hi, I have downloaded the current 'trackballs' sources from CVS in order to compile it and (if I find enough time) to code again in it... I got it without problem, and then I installed some missing packages on my computer (SDL*-dev in particular, my computer in re-installed from a short time). The autogen works fine, and so the configure. I try to 'make' it, and obtain : (...) g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -DSHARE_DIR=\"/usr/local/share/trackballs\" -DPACKAGE=\"trackballs\" -DVERSION=\"1.0.1\" -g -O2 -I/usr/include/SDL -D_REENTRANT -DDEFAULT_RESOLUTION=1 -c guile.cc guile.cc:1333: guile.cc.x: No such file or directory make[2]: *** [guile.o] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/yannick/TRACKBALLS/trackballs/src' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/yannick/TRACKBALLS/trackballs' make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2 I think I saw something like that in the past, but I can't remember the reason. Can you help me ? By the way, a question: does the released trackballs compiled with the '-g' option ? If yes it should be removed for the production version for performance reasons. |
