Allow user to specify how many decimals are displayed in the response time group colum names (e.g. "1.0 seconds", "1.000 seconds", etc.)

    This should not take a separate setting. Rather, the number of digits to display should be informed by the number of decimals in the RT settings in analyzer.properties.

    For example, a config value of "2.5" in analyzer.properties should show a single decimal place, but a setting of "2.500" should show three decimal places.
