I'm trying to get these two procedures to work however, I don't have a clear picture of how to call them, specifically how to handle the TSecurityDescriptors. Can someone offer a good example of setting a Registry key with a 'user defined security' descriptor with RegSetKeySecurity? and then opening that key with the user defined security descriptor and retrieving its value?
