#14 New DataGenerator (higher performance, simpler)

Generating 1TB of TPoX data with the Toxgene-based data-generator is not very efficient and runs for a very long time. We need need a data generator which (a) allows for much higher performance, (b) is simpler and easier to use, (c) does not require toxgene, (d) overcomes the limitations and bugs in toxgene.
