I'm trying to compile and install Orpheus on Delphi 6, I unzipped the zip and got a directory tree like this tporpheus_4_07_pre packages readme407pre.txt So I added /packages to the library path in the IDE, then I opened it and I'm getting the error: Access violation at address 00B51890 in module 'coreide60.bpl'. Read of address 00000008 Unable to create project C:\Users\name\Deskop\tporpheus_4_07_pre\packages\o407_r60.dpk. This project will be removed from the project group. Then if I hit OK, I'll have to navigate to project manager and double click O407_r60.bpl then I try to compile which leaves me with this gracious error [Fatal Error] O407_r60.dpk(200): File not found: 'ovcabtn.dcu' Any ideas about what's going on? I've read that it's something to do with the path and some source directory, so I coppied all the files everythwere, I even made a /source/ folder and coppied them into there also. Still no go. I also redownloaded and unzipped the files again to make sure they weren't corrupt. - Dan Also I heard Orpheus has a component that can save the state of another component. Is that right? I dont' know how often the forum or email list is used, so I'm not too sure which to post too. Hope that's not a problem. |
