#206 "Enable High DPI" application setting causes TOvcTable columns to not scale

In Delphi Berlin, ticking the "Enable High DPI" application setting results in the column widths of the TOvcTable not scaling at runtime, when the Windows display scaling setting is above 100%.

See the attached screenshot showing the designtime column widths vs the runtime column widths with a Windows display scaling of 150%. Remove the "Enable High DPI" setting from the test app, and the runtime column widths then match the design time widths.
