Basically, after unzipping the files into an appropriate directory, the packages *.dpk were in the \<install dir>\packages\ and the files within the E111_D50.dpk and E111_R50.dpk had paths which indicated that the files were located with the \<install_dir>\packages\ directory -- however, this is not correct since the files are actually located in the \<install_dir>\source\ directory. I then recreated both the E111_D50.dpk and E111_R50.dpk files by deleting the .pas files and re-adding them from the \<install_dir>\source\ directory. Attempting to install E111_R50.dpk results in Error: ...E111_R50.bpl can't be installed because it is not a design time package.
