#112 Can't load package AsyncPro_D2010.bpl

When I try to install on Win7 / 64 then the compiler can niot find the file even it exists and the path is defined in Delphi's Library Win32.
Does anybody know the solution?

IMO this should be treated as a bug because it is such poor implementation.
