When creating new rule in the tree editor the list of rules is empty and not possible to proceed. (e.g. SMARTS rule)

Fixed in r1619 https://sourceforge.net/p/toxtree/svn/1619/

The fix will be available in releases starting with Toxtree 2.5.10
