I'm using ToxTrac to analyze a 4-arm olfactometer choice assay (insect behavior, 5-minute videos). I defined 4 non-overlapping Zones of Interest (tried both Polygon and Circle types, each with a clear visible gap between zones) using Zone Management.
Problem: When I sum the "Inside Time" (or "Inside Frames") reported for all 4 zones individually, the total is significantly longer than my actual video length.
I am happy to provide videos/project files/additional information if that would help to resolve the issue.
Total Video Lenght : 5min
Zone 1 Inside Time : 3:58.9
Zone 2 Inside Time : 0:07.8
Zone 3 Inside Time : 0:19.5
Zone 4 Inside Time : 1:40.4
Sum of all zones Inside time : 6:06.6 ??
Total Video Lenght : 5min
