Hi,

In current development branch it is possible
to select both Use bug and Mark bug checkboxes
in commit dialog. This results in:

cvs [commit aborted]: Cannot mix -B and -b

The enclosed patch makes Use bug and
Mark bug mutually exclusive and also makes
bug field editable when only Mark bug is selected.
