#490 Lazy icon autoload

Third option for "Autoload changed folder icons". This
would allow for the icons to be updated automatically
in the background without blocking Explorer on large
file sets.

The folders (and files) that are still being checked
could have an hourglass icon overlay to provide visual
cue that they actually are in CVS sandbox.
