#459 Windows 64-bit Version

I tried to installed Tortoise on my Windows 64 and it
installed fine, but doesn't seem to bind to the Explorer
API. With Windows XP 64 release comming soon, March
2005, there is definitly a need for a good CVS that
works well on this version of windows.

Right now the software works fine, just some
investigation into the reasons there is a binding issue to
Explorer might have to be looked at.

If somebody can post what registry tags I have to look
for in the registry I can start the research process.
Also the process the install goes through inorder to
register DLL's might also be usefull.
