When selecting "History" or "Revision Graph" options, the command log window appears briefly, but when it disappears the History or Revision Graph window does not appear.
Tortoise Revision Graph and History are failing for me when a source has more than one revision.
(at least they do not fail when the source has only one commit/revision is in the repository.)

I can confirm that the problem is with files with more than one revision.
Same Problem with files with more than one revision on Windows Vista/7, 32 Bit.

Same situation can be found on my working environment : Win 7 64 bit Pro with TortoiseCVS-1.12.3
Fixed in CVS.

will be included. If you need a urgent fix, you may consider building
TortoiseCVS from source yourself.]
I believe this bug is now fixed, but I would like if you could
try it out for yourself.
Please try the 1.12.4 release available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisecvs/files/tortoisecvs-stable/TortoiseCVS-1.12.4.exe/download
and let me know if that fixes the problem.
Looks like 1.12.4 fixed the problem. Thank you.
Thanks for fixing this
