I'm wondering if it would be possible to add the title feature to a car, with the wings perhaps attached to vertical steering columns, where the input is would be from whatever measures downward force (mass+wingxspeed²(?) ) >
Also, I've broken my ow1.xml file (by editing it without making a back-up (program files\torcs\cars\ow1) and was wondering if I could get a clean file from somewhere without reinstalling the app, for instance could I extract it from the setup .exe?

Yes, this would be possible of course. You can get the ow1 file from the cvs: http://torcs.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/torcs/torcs/torcs/data/cars/models/car1-ow1/car1-ow1.xml?view=log&pathrev=r1-3-1
