    Hi,

    TOra cannot be started.

    The following error message is returned by Windows:

    "The procedure entry point OCIDateTimeConstruct could not be located in the dynamic link library OCI.dll"

    I am accessing Oracle 8.1.7.4.0 server using Oracle Client 8.0.5.0.0. TOra version is 1.3.21.

    Do you know what is causing this issue?
    Is something related to windows PATH?

      TOra is compiled with 8.1.7 runtime so it won't run with anything less. Update your client from 8.0.5 to at least 8.1.7 and it will work.
