I've come across a number of OS-9 disk images that predate the CoCo. They are formatted with fewer sectors on track zero. 16 sectors on track zero, and 28 for the rest.

I have found on the few that I sampled pd.t0s is 16 and dd_tks and dd_spt are 28.

I want to go into librbf and write support for properly handling situation. Any objections?
