Check the attachment to see it. Selected tab in Channel Manager window is rendered black for some look and feels (GTK+ with Human engine in the backend). As a workaround use look and feel that paint tabs ok.

Display bug occures when using closeable tabs in Channels Manager with GTK+ and squarness look and feels ( http://squareness.beeger.net/skins/jlf/ ). Disable closeable tabs in Preferences > Channels Manager. I will investigate further.
