I am getting java.lang.IllegalAccessError while uploading a CCR document.
Can you please give me an idea of how I can resolve this issue?

Do you have any custom code (in addition to Tolven's code) to import a CCR. Would it be possible to send us the CCR that you are trying to import. Did you try creating demo patients in Tolven and if so, did it work.

Thanks for the help.

I have attached the CCR Document that I tried uploading.
And I have not attempted any code changes and I am using Tolven as such. But I must tell you that the attached CCR CCR_Teresa_Griffin.xml is updated xml file whose content is taken from Tolven itself ( Show/Hide xml link).

And to the second question, I am not able to generate demo patients.

I am able to import the CCR with no problems. Could you check, if you have included ccr plugin in your plugins file. The include will look like
<plugin id="org.tolven.ccr">
<root />
</plugin>

I was out of my workplace for sometime.
