[Togl-chat] Where can I download TOGL 1.7 ?

Hi folks,

I'm compiling a software that requires TOGL 1.7 and which is
incompatible with newer versions of TOGL.
I need the source of TOGL 1.7 since TOGL headers files are searched
during the configuration step.

In the "Browse all packages" on Sourceforge, I can only find TOGL 2.0.

Is there a way to download older versions?
And if not yet possible, would it be possible to add them on Sourceforge
?
