[Togl-chat] Installation problem!

Trying to install 'Togl-1.7' on my linux box. It comes up with an error.

[root@lb-415-03-c Togl-1.7]# ./configure
-with-tclconfig=/usr/lib/tcl8.4/tclConfig.sh
--with-tkconfig=/usr/lib/tk8.4/tkConfig.sh
checking for correct TEA configuration... ok (TEA 3.4)
checking for Tcl configuration... configure: error:
/usr/lib/tcl8.4/tclConfig.sh directory doesn't contain tclConfig.sh

Any suggestions?
