[Togl-chat] API changes in Togl CVS

Hello,

While doing some stuff with a Common Lisp binding for Togl, I noticed =20=

that the CVS version of Togl has some incompatible API changes; the =20
callback interface to be more specific.

So, I have a few questions. When will 2.0 be released? (Or, =20
alternatively, what's left to do?) Is it stable, are there any known =20
issues? Are there any advantages in 2.0, or drawbacks in 1.7, that we =20=

should be aware of?

This would help us decide whether we should target version 1.7 or 2.0.
