[Togl-chat] double bug

Hi,

I'm testing Togl on a Debian box (Tcl/Tk 8.4.6), and I'm able 
to consistently kill the X server by running double.tcl.  It 
seems I can have both contexts as -double true or 
as -double false, but not one as true and the other as false.  

I'm happy using -double true always, so it's not a problem
for me.
