[TOE-Users] TOE A.2.5.1p released

Hello!

Even though I've said that A.1.5p should be the last alpha release of 
TOE, there is a new release called A.1.5.1p. All I did was reorganizing 
the directories, cleaning up the code a bit and removing the Dev-Cpp 
project files, because I wasn't able to compile the A.2.5p release with 
them.
I'll concentrate on the first beta release now, but I think this will 
take some time, since I've got some university things to do and have to 
earn some money ^^ Stay tuned...
