#1 double quotes in ecpp

It seems that mixing the two ways of escaping double quotes in .ecpp files doesn't works well.

log_debug("foo " << '"' << somevar << '"');

log_debug("foo \"" << somevar << "\"");

both works but not

log_debug("foo \"" << somevar << '"');

This last syntax is used in search.ecpp and browseresults.ecpp. The attached patch just changed it to the first syntax.
