Thanks, > Jay To my knowledge, I've used $PYTHON_PATH and such through my SConstruct files. It sounds like scons itself has the problem so you should really ask them. If you look inside posix.py in scons/Platform you'll see a hard reference to /usr/bin and /usr/local/bin.
