#44 Problem with Hebrew Files

Hello mark. There is a small bug in tnef handling Hebrew filenames.
I've attached a winmail.dat file you can test with, the files are
extracted with "?" instead of the real filename.
Example :
???? ???-15.pdf
????? ?????? ????? ????.doc

The real filenames should be (as extracted by ripmime with some
manual filename fixing):
_-15~1.PDF
בירור לעניין מוחמד עיסא.doc

I would be glad to hear if you can fix this bug and make tnef work
with windows1255/utf8/other encode types.

Let me know if I can help in some way, by testing or anything.

btw: I'm using tnef-1.4.8-4 on Fedora 16 machine.
